2. Shareholding structure: Open for discussions
3. The owner wants high-rise modern apartment buildings for commercial, residential, or mixed purposes –
4. Demonstrating financial capacity shall be an added advantage; the owner does not want the development to start and stop at some stage; 2 years maximum for project completion.
5. The Owner of the land does not want a Down Payment/ Goodwill of at least $100,000 to relocate tenants on the property.
6. Developers and investors, please submit your initial proposals, expressions of interest (EOI), or memorandums of understanding (MOU) for quick consideration of the real estate development joint venture (JV).
7. A comprehensive Real Estate Development JV Agreement shall be entered into between the Owner and Developer/Investor before the commencement of construction works.
